We have rented from Cape Escape with the assistance of Frank and Debbie for about 10 years. They have been wonderful to work with and we would not look elsewhere!

After having reserved a house for a 2 week stay 6 months in advance, I was informed by a "big" rental company barely 2 weeks before our arrival that the house was being remodeled and would not be available. Time to panic. No other rental company could help me, but Frank and Debbie went out of their way to find an oceanfront house for us. I would have rented with them again in 2007, but they did not have the same house in their inventory. They're good people who offer good service. Sometimes smaller really is better. If they have a house that meets your needs, I would recommend them over other big agencies hands-down.

We are very pleased with the way Frank and Debbie helped us with our first OBX vacation. The house Debbie suggested when I told then what our needs were was wonderful, the kids loved it and so did the grandparents. And none of the ridicolous "add-ons" Give them a try

Rented from them in 2001. They are friendly and don't "rip you off" with high administrative fees, pet deposits, and "piece of mind" insurance. Keep up the good work!
