We've been renting from CD since '91 and have love working with them! Freindly and very cooperative. Only once did we have a house that needed some repairs, we simply reported it and it was fixed the next day. Thank you!!!!

The house we rented from CD was poorly maintained. A long list of non-working and hazardous things, especially not informing us (we rented on the phone) that it had NO safety measures for secure pool access. Unfortunate.

We used Carolina Designs for the first time in 4/06 and we were thoroughly impressed! The customer service is absolutely superb, and the house (#802) was AMAZING! The *only* negative is that CD doesn't open their "south" office until the first week of May so we had to drive 15mins north of the bridge to Duck to check into our house, which was in Nags Head. A minor inconvenience compared to all of the positives that came along with renting through Carolina Designs!

agents extremley friendly - do not charge extra for using a credit card. last payment due only 30 days before!!!

was pleasantly surprised to find dish washing liquid, cascade, papertowels, tissues and starter soaps at the residence.
Chose this realtor due to accepting credit card and when balance was due- some realtors charging 10% to use a credit card. Also did not want to have to bring my own linens. Was very pleased with entire experience. Highly recommend.
