Went there once and the pregnant waitress was bumming cigarettes off of the customers. Holes in the ceiling covered up by t-shirts. Food was decent.

We stopped by this restaurant two years ago. It is not fancy, but that did not matter to us. The portions were large, and service was quick. Very family friendly.
