Our homes will vary considerably, from new and luxurious to simple and rustic. We ask that you carefully read the listing information for each home. Please do not assume it will have all the items and amenities your family requires. When we arrived at their office we were informed that our vacation home wasn't ready for occupancy due in part to the condition the previous guest had left it. We waited for an hour before the house was ready for us to take possession however the entire hour spent inside their office was great. They were extremely professionally, but very much down to earth. Later that night they came over to our home and gave as a $100.00 gift certificate for dinner at the Basnight's Lone Cedar Cafe Restaurant which was wonderful. They handled what could have been a bad situation with skill and we commend them for helping to make our vacation a great one!
