Introduction: Integrated Software Design, Inc d/b/a OBX
Connection, ("obxconnection.com") ("Sweepstakes Sponsor") is offering this
promotion (the "Sweepstakes") open to obxconnection.com users only. By
participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees
to and accepts these Official Rules.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United
States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least 24 years old. Integrated
Software Design, Inc., the prize sponsor, and their respective related
companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and
children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject
to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Odds of
winning in this particular drawing depend on the number of eligible entries
received for the drawing. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.
In addition to the terms and conditions specified herein, all contestants
must read and agree to all terms and conditions specified in the Village Realty
2011 Vacation Lease Agreement to be eligible.
Use and Tenant Duties: The use of the Premises is restricted
to use by You and Your family, unless the parties agree in writing to occupancy
by a non-family group. A "family" as used herein means parents, grandparents,
children and extended family members vacationing at the Premises. Use Of The
Premises By Fraternities, Sororities Or Unrelated Groups Under 24 Years Of Age
Is Prohibited. Occupancy is restricted to the Number of Occupants for the
Premises set forth above. You agree to comply with all obligations imposed by
the Vacation Rental Act on You with respect to maintenance of the Premises,
including but not limited to the following: (a) keep the Premises as clean and
safe as the conditions of the Premises permit, and cause no unsafe or
unsanitary conditions in the common areas and remainder of the Premises that
You use; (b) dispose of all ashes, rubbish, garbage, and other waste in a clean
and safe manner; (c) keep all plumbing fixtures in the Premises or used by the
Tenant as clean as their condition permits; (d) not deliberately or negligently
destroy, deface, damage, or remove any part of the Premises or render
inoperable the smoke detector provided by the Owner, or knowingly permit any
person to do so; (e) comply with all obligations imposed upon the Tenant by
current applicable building and housing codes; (f) be responsible for all
damage, defacement, or removal of any property inside the Premises that is in
Your exclusive control unless the damage, defacement, or removal was due to
ordinary wear and tear, acts of the Owner or Owner’s agent, defective products
supplied or repairs authorized by the Owner, acts of third parties not invitees
of the Tenant, or natural forces; and (g) notify Agent in writing of the need
of replacement of or repairs to a smoke detector, and replacing the batteries
as needed during the tenancy. You agree not to use the Premises for any
activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.
Your breach of any duty contained in this paragraph after commencement of
tenancy shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of
Your tenancy.

Timing : Beginning at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”)
on March 25th, 2011 and ending at 5:00 p.m. ET on July 4th, 2011
("Promotion Period"), you may enter the sweepstakes in the following way:
online by visiting the OBX Connection web site (www.obxconnection.com) (the
"Web Site") and completing the online entry form.
How to Enter: Go to
www.obxconnection.com/GreatVAcationGiveaway/ and follow the links and
instructions for entry. After you have submitted the required information, you
will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
For all entries: LIMIT: one (1) entry per person per day. All
entries must be received online during the Promotion Period. All entries become
the exclusive property of Sweepstakes Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or
returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of
receipt by Sweepstakes Sponsor. Sweepstakes Sponsor is not responsible for
lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, which will be disqualified.
Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in
disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the
authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to
be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned
an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or
other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain
associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to
show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Drawings : Prize Drawing: The Prize Drawing will be conducted
in accordance with these Official Rules on or about July 4th, 2011. The
selection of potential winners are final. Entrants selected must comply with
all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent
upon fulfilling all requirements. Except where prohibited, potential winners
must sign and return to Sweepstakes Sponsor, within ten (10) business days of
being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in
order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within
three days (72 hours) after the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she
fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity
release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected
in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received.
Prize : One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to a randomly
selected eligible entrant. The prize for which an entrant is eligible for
entering through OBXConnection.com is a Outer Banks Getaway package including
the following accommodations: A five bedroom, four bath oceanfront home
(or equivalent) located in the Outer Banks of North
Carolina for six (6) nights and seven (7) days for the dates of August
27th, 2011 to September 3rd, 2011 ("Vacation Period"). The Grand Prize must be
used for the dates specified and is subject to standard check in and check out
times as defined by the Prize Sponsor. In the event the Grand Prize winner is
not able to occupy the vacation house during the Vacation Period, he/she
forfeits any claim the Grand Prize and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be
selected from the remaining eligible entrants.
The ARV of the grand prize is $4,500.
Prize must be redeemed during the Vacation Period. Offer exclusive of
gratuities. Winner must be 24 years of age when Liability Release is executed.
Winner and any guests must meet the tenant requirements specified in the Village
Realty 2011 Vacation Lease Agreement. All Trip and prize details will
be designated solely by Sponsor, and may be changed without notice at any time
based on Sponsor's sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for additional entertainment, taxes and any or all
fees. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize by the
Prize Sponsor. Any cancellation will be assessed to the winner for all
applicable cancellation fees associated with the vacation rental house. No
substitutions. Winners must be at least 24 years of age. Trip is not
transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner is responsible for any expenses
not expressly included in the prize description, such as personal
transportation, travel related taxes, income taxes, personal expenses,
incidentals, expenses caused by travel interruption. This prize has no cash,
redemption or barter value. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other
substitution is permitted. Other restrictions and conditions apply. Photo ID's
will be required and will be verified upon check-in. Winner is solely
responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees emaciated
with prize receipt and use. No other substitution, assignment or transfer of
prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a
prize with another prize of greater or equal value.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the
Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name,
likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for
promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right to
cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other
factor beyond Sweepstakes Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of
the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sweepstakes Sponsor in its sole discretion.
In such event, Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at
random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the
impairment. Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to
disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or
the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official
Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person
to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of
the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an
attempt be made, Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from
any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sweepstakes Sponsor's
failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a
waiver of that provision.
Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to
release and hold harmless, Integrated Software, Inc., OBXConnection.com, the
Prize Sponsor, each of their related companies, and each of their respective
officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause
of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of
any prize.
Limitations of Liability: Sweepstakes Sponsor is not
responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited
to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software;
(ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or
Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the
entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may
occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or
(v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to
entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or
indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the
Sweepstakes.
Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes,
claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sponsor
Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the
Sweepstakes or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually,
without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Dare County
Superior Court or the appropriate North Carolina State Court ; (ii) any and all
claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs
incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no
event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be
permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim
punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other
than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages
multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE
LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the
construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official
Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection
with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with,
the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of
law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of North Carolina or any
other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any
jurisdiction other than the State of North Carolina.

Winners List: Sweepstakes results and a copy of these Official
Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to
Integrated Software Design, Inc., Attention OBXConnection.com/GVG Contest, PO
Box 29521, Henrico, VA 23242. Requests must be within thirty (30) days of the
applicable drawing date. Vermont residents may omit return postage. The Prize
Drawing winner list will be posted online at
