This was one of the Outer Banks' coolest places to hang out. The owner was a bit of a lush, but it was fun anyway.

Hurricane Alley was a lot of fun. All of the great people who worked there made the place. Merita, Rob, Estella, Diane, Stacia, Lisa, crazy assed Richard, and of course Cindi.
