Our favoeite place on the OBX...love the seafood... ribs are ok but love all else especially the relaxed atmosphere...not loud and crazy like the big touristy places. Our favorite after a day on the beach

We haven't been in a couple years, but '05 through '07 we ate at Jockey's Ribs, and were satisfied with the food. No complaints here.

We have eaten at Jockeys for the past 6 years. The food is always good and so is the service. We usually get the ribs and steak (which by the way is one of the best I have ever eaten)This year we tried out the seafood, fried and broiled. Just great!! We also had the pan fried crab cakes. The best I ever had. All crab and no filler.

We ate steak and chicken this year's trip to Jockey's Ribs. The steak was good, chicken was Okay, but neither was a good as it has been in the past. The desserts were awesome though, Chocolate mouuse and Creme Brule. Service was very good and nice.

We've tried for 13 years to eat at Jockey's Ribs. We finally got a chance and were underwhelmed with the food.
It's a small restaurant, one big room, that can cram maybe 60-70 diners inside. Since it is one room, it is LOUD! The food was okay, nothing special by way of taste though. I expected more flavor in a place that specializes in ribs.
Service however was very good. That pushed our 2 star rating to 3 stars.

This place is small and the the atmosphere is next to nothing. Not fancy at all... But I thoroughly enjoy the food. They haven't been open our last few trips down there, so I'm not sure what's up with that. But we've enjoyed it the times we got in.
