Older but Serviceable 6/28/2007

We stayed here 6/2007 with two kids and a dog. Other than a dog hair covered blanket, which was replaced ASAP, the room was clean, the bathroom was spotless. The fixtures were showing wear and age, but everything worked. The pet fees are reasonable, it is very popular with dogs. The age of the facility shows, the AC went out for approx 6 hrs overnight. The pool is OK. Beds are not impressive, older mattresses. Rooms are smaller. Good location. We would stay again if nothing newer or bigger were available.

This is actually in KDH, MP8. It is on the west side of the Beach Road, with easy beach access across the street. The hotel is 4 floors, has an outdoor heated pool, video game room, offers a Continental breakfast, and allows pets.
Continental breakfast had small offering of store bought donuts, some pastries and muffins, box cereal, milk, OJ, and coffee. Avoid the game room with 5 video games and a pinball machine. Three of the video games are broken (all are old and out of date).
We really enjoyed the pool and the location. Price was high, and the hotel appears to be an older one, but well maintained. The rooms were quiet, even with dogs in nearby rooms. We had a roadside room and did not have a noise issue.
