We rented with Nags Head Realty our first two years and they were absolutely wonderful. We were able to get into our house early this past summer, and they didn't seem put out at all by it. They are just great folks to deal with, very friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Just dealt with this realtor again this year (repeat customer, a first for me with a realtor!). Have to up the rating to 5 stars-THE BEST.
Not only did they extend a special so that I could take advantage of the savings, their communication was extremely prompt, and the realtor knew who I was and knew about the arrangements that had been made via e-mail when I called to rent the house. I didn't have to describe the special arrangements, wait for authorization or verification, be put on hold, etc. Fast, professional, courteous, just an all around OUTSTANDING experience.
Nag's Head gets my highest rating.

This realtor made an extra effort to make sure we didn't have an issue during our vacation. One family member travels with a pop-up camper. At first the realtor said we would be ticketed as KDH does not allow camper parking except in campgrounds. They then asked me to describe the camper, and I said it is a pop-up and sits on a pick-up truck. No problem. I appreciate the realtor knowing the laws and advising accordingly.
All other transactions with them, including getting into the rental early, were smooth.
