1 beef roast (any type)
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup mix (powdered)
1 can beef broth
Put the roast in the crockpot.
Dump the Onion soup mix and broth over it.
Cover and cook on high for 6 hours or until roast is tender.
Using two forks, shred the roast in the crockpot.
Leave cooking in "au jus" for another 1/2 hour.
Serve with rolls, BBQ and Horseradish sauces.
I've used this recipe for parties, Sunday football games and quick dinners (leave it cooking all day while you are at work!) The kids love it - just like Arby's only better!
