Ingredients List

2 packages Nestle White Chocolate baking bars
1 cup of Ocean Spray Craisins
1 cup of pretzel sticks (broken into pieces)
wax paper & cookie sheet
*I have also used cherry flavored Craisins
**The amount of Craisins & pretzels can vary
according to your taste!

Preparation Instructions

In large glass (microwave safe) measuring cup, melt white chocolate to liquid - start off at 30 seconds, then stir/break up, then heat/stir every 15 seconds until melted.

Add craisins & pretzels, stir until coated. Pour over waxed paper lined cookie sheet & spread out 1/2 inch thickness. Chill in fridge for about an hour. Take out & break into pieces sized to your liking! It can be served chilled or at room temperature.

Recipe Background

I found this recipe in my local newspaper a few years ago, and it has been a big hit at parties & luncheons. Serve it at other holidays by adding a little food color to the white chocolate!
