Low-cal Crab Louis

Ingredients List

1/2 cup mayo (we use the *Free* stuff...)
1/2 cup chili sauce (store bought)
2 Tbls. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbls. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbls. yellow onion, chopped
1 Tbls. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Dash of Tabasco (we use the Habenero variety to kick it up a little)


Preparation Instructions

Combine the ingredients and add crab meat (we still had about 3/4 pound left over from steamed crabs we picked earlier). Chill (and then put the mixture in the fridge :)

Serve on a bed of soft lettuce leaves (like Boston lettuce). We garnished with some chilled shrimp that we steamed ourselves.

Say "Yum!"
