Ingredients List

16 ozs shredded cheddar cheese
16 ozs shredded jalapeno pepper jack
2 4 oz cans whole green chili's
6 eggs beaten

Preparation Instructions

Mix cheese togeather, spread 1/2 of the cheese into the bottom of a 11" x 7" glass pan. Drain chili's and lay on cheese, cover with the remaining cheese. Pour beaten eggs over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or till set.

Recipe Background

This is best served slightly warm or room temp. You can change the pepper jack to montery jack cheese if you don't want it as spicy hot!!
