1 pkg Duncan Hines Deluxe II white cake mix
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding (add dry)
1 cup oil
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped fine
1 cup club soda
1 large package Dream Whip
1 1/4 cup cold milk
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
Mix the cake mix and pudding mix. Push to side of bowl and add large eggs, nuts, club soda, and oil. mix until blended and beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Grease and flour bundt pan. Pour cake mixture and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan for 20 minutes, then turn out and cool completely.
Frosting - blend Dream Whip with milk. Beat at high speed until it starts to peak. Gradually add pudding mix. Continue beating until light and fluffy-about 2 minutes. Frost cake when cool.
My mom has been making this for years. Very refreshing and light for the summer time.
