1 -17oz. artichokes
1- 28 oz. Italian Tomatoes
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 stick butter
1/2 t. Italian seasoning
Saute onions in butter slowly add suagr and seasoning;
cut artichocks in half , place in a baking dish, add butter & onions. Drain tomatoes and pour on top.
Bake 1/2 hour @ 350 degree covered.
