though i haven't used Pete for a home purchase, ergo the 4 stars instead of 5. I have corrosponded with him for a couple years now...with questions not only of the realty kind but general questions about Hatteras Island. he has always answered promply and never made me feel like i was imposing.
Id trust him with a home purchase or sale. without the BS.
