 Excellent before hurricane 4/20/2006

I stayed on the 2nd floor of the motel section that is still intact(brick building). I was there about 2 weeks before Isabel hit and it was an excellent place! Beach was pristine and just a few steps away. Very roomy and clean. And QUIET! No problems whatsoever. I haven't been down to Hatteras Village in a year or more so I'm not sure how it is now. If it's anything like it used to be, I will definitely be staying there again sometime.

Same storm same story.....but they are building it back in sections as of summer 2005
