I have rented with Seaside Vacations for several years. This year my vacation experience started off with a problem. My AC was down and it was 100 degrees. When I called the maintenance department they informed me that every HAVC company on the beach was overloaded with service calls. They immediately brought two portable AC units and about 8 hours later the AC vendor showed up. I would highly recommend Seaside. They even called back to see if everything was OK.

We checked in and unpacked, only to find our AC wasn't working. Seaside immediately responded with portable AC, brought us a snack basket and had the AC vendor on site in a couple of hours.
Our house was nice....clean, and without further incident.
I would highly recommend these folks because they were responsive in a bad situation.

When we checked into our rental home we were tired and very early (noon). We were offered lemonade and some snacks and told that we would be called on our cell phone as soon as the house was ready. We were informed that the house had been trashed by the previous renters.....high stress. The staff assured us that we would be taken care of. We were called around 3 and told that the house was ready. It was clean and ready for fun in the sun. Seaside was the best. They gave us coffee beans for our morning coffee and a cooler stuffed with goodies. These folks must reherse their check in talk track because they make you feel relaxed and ready for the OBX.

Great Vacation Experience 9/29/2004

We used Seaside for the first time this year and were pleasantly surprised. The cottage was absolutely fabulous and we had a completely relaxing week. The employees at Seaside were very freindly and one girl took the time to answer our questions about where to eat near the cottage. Very helpful.
