We love Steamers. The food is great, and I don't think the prices are out of line at all. Excellent customer service too, it's a must on every trip.

We treated our kids to a nice little seafood lunch out on the patio at Steamers in June 2011. The food was great, and we had a nice time sitting outside with the kids. Definetly something we will do again.

It sounded like a great idea to us especially for the first night. However, I think it's overpriced for what you get. Also, we found that this option is offered at many places and for better prices. It felt like a "rookie mistake."
We much preferred the little seafood shop outside the Currituck Club. The seafood is very fresh and they will prepare it for you if you'd like. The steamed shrimp were awesome...I couldn't stop eating them.

This place isn't cheap but it's a worthwhile splurge. The spiced shrimp are incredible, as was everything else we tried. Carry out only, but you can eat out on their deck next to the Timbuck II paddleboats.

The greatest takeout on the OBX. We had the steamed shrimp, steamed clams, Ceasar Salad, ribs and chicken combo and vegetarian lasagne - all were outstanding.

Ordered here our last night and it was better than most restuarants. Ordered spiced shrimp and crab legs. The pots came with potatoes and corn add water and cook. The shrimp were great can't wait to have them again. Delivery would have been a good touch. Yeah we were being lazy that night.
