Twiddys service is still great. The problem this year was the house condition, very dirty, needed a good cleaning. We rented the same house last year May 06 and it was great, this year spiders, cobwebs, dust everywhere, the stove was plain just NASTY. I left feedback in the rental book and left it with Twiddy, I hope the owners get it. I wonder if they know how the cleaning crew is doing. We still had a great vacation and made loads of memories to hold dear to our heart.

We have used Twiddy every time. The website is easy to use, the homes are well maintained and the staff is pleasant! This year we have added a new twist - instead of renting from Twiddy - we have them managing our new home. So far so good, Twiddy is a great resource for both renters and owners!

We have been vacationing at the Outer Banks for 6 years and have tried many realtors. Twiddy is number one in our book. Every home we rented from them has been very clean, stocked well, and the people are very friendly. Also, if you have a pet, they do not charge you a fee. It is all-inclusive. I highly recommend them!

After 12 years with Kitty Dunes we found a new cottage in 2003 that was listed by Twiddy. We were due to start our 2 weeks on Sunday, September 21. Just so happened that Isabel passed through a few days prior. Twiddy kept us up to date on what was happening. On Sunday, at about 3:30pm Twiddy e-mailed us and told us that our cottage was ready for occupancy after 6:00pm Sunday. They told us not to expect the cottage to be throughly cleaned or the beds to be made. They also told us to bring our own linens and towels. (The made up beds and the furnished linens and towels were part of the rental contract). Of course these minor inconveniences did not matter to us.
When we arrived early Monday morning (1:30am) we found the cttage cleaned, the beds made and a supply of clean linens and towels, as well as a supply of bagged ice in the freezer. Under the circumstances, we feel that Twiddy came through with flying colors. The rental agents were extremely helpful and pleasant.
