I've stayed with other companies before and I have to admit that their service fails in comparison to Village Realty. A co-worker told me about their vacations to the OBX and they only rent with Village Realty, she raved about the customer service and said the house was always clean. I took her advice and now she has made a believer out of me. I just came home from a wonderful week on the Outer Banks. It started the moment we pulled into the parking lot where they had entertainment for the kids (thank you), I walked inside to get our keys and the girl behind the counter stood up and with a smile she offered to help me. After 7 hours, 3 kids, 1 husband and a dog, I needed that smile. I got our keys went to the house and the beds were made and fresh towels for each of us. The entire experience from booking online to checking out was a pleasure. My only recommendation...if you have kids, hubby and dog - drive seperately. Thanks Village

This will be our 5th year in a row renting with Village Realty. We have gotten to know some of the staff who have been there for a while and they remember us year after year. We have never had any major problems with them, and the minor ones were taken care of promptly.

We found Village Realty on the internet and liked the homes they offered. Rented one in Corolla and were very pleased. The house was well equipped and we liked the area (Ocean Sands).

The customer service was amazing! Everyone was so helpful. I have a lot going on in my life and I try to save time buy doing as much as I can online. I booked the house online and did most of everything online and we arrived I was very excited and pleased. Next year and the following years we will use Village Realty for all of my vacation time.

They are above top notch. Once, they even called and upgraded my rental at no additional charge. I love the fact linens and towels are included in their processing fee. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I can't say enough positive things about Village Realty. I don't have ONE complaint. They were prompt, they responded to all questions (e-mail and phone) IMMEDIATELY, the staff was INCREDIBLY friendly, they went FAR out of their way to make sure WE were happy. As soon as we called about a problem, the inspector was over within the hour and the problem was fixed IMMEDIATELY and the inspector came back to visit later in the week. We have been going to the OBX for many years and have had experiences with MANY rental companies- this was by FAR our best experience!!!
