 Year Round Rental 3/27/2009

I have been renting a Year Round Rental from WPM for the past 6 years and have always been more than happy with their services. They are prompt in getting any maintenance repaired quickly and I like that they are open 7 days a week where other rental agents are not.

My biggest problem with Wright Property Management is the horrible customer service. I hope that they don't treat their shor-term vacationers as poorly as their treat their long-term residents. My past experience with one person in particular has angered me so much that it has convinced me to go out of my way to warn others of WPM. PLEASE consider renting from another rental company on the Outer Banks- otherwise you may end up feeling as helpless and as furious as I do.

Have rented from WPM for 10 or more years. They have always been very nice and helpful. If anything went wrong it was promptly taken care of. We have had bad experiences with other rental companies.

First time the best 1/22/2004

Rented from Wright the first time we stayed on the OBX.
This realtor knows customer service. When we arrived, an electrical surge had knocked out the refrigerator, TV, and most of the light bulbs. The realtor responded quickly, but we lost a lasagna meal due to no fridge, and most of a day of vacation staying at the house for the maintenence and power company guys to fix the problem.
Wright refunded 1/4 of the rent, got us a new TV the next day, and replaced the blown out light bulbs.
Not too many will refund the rent, or respond so quickly.

We have stayed at two of their rentals and both times, were very satisfied. At booking we were always given all of the info that we requested, plus told of any cons of the location. They are very great to work with and we will not hesitate to rent from them again.
