Watch out for "quit sending" scam

So for the 2nd time in 3 weeks, I get a spam e-mail that says "quit sending me pictures". I did not respond, but deleted it.

After checking on Google forums, and some scam sites, I found this is a scam to generate a response to confirm an active e-mail address. Most come from Russia or Turkey. Confirmed active addresses can generate more money for those who sell lists to spammers. Other forms of this garbage include "quit sending me nudes", "quit stalking me", and "quit harassing me or I will call the police". They are just psychological ploys to generate a response...just delete.
