| Here's something you can do with Whelk shells that are not perfect...just have a hole on top...fill them with hen & chicks..!!!

| Are they small cactii (succulents, air plants, etc.)? I see these along the Jersey Shore in souvenier shops quite often.

| Great idea! Small agave plants work well too; They have lots of neat ones ranging from small to gigantic at Plant Delights Nursery in Raleigh (plantdelights.com). I'll have to add that to my pinterest board!

| We use to grow hens & chicks in an old boot or wash tub but never thought of a whelk shell neat idea.
