That's summer in NJ. During the rest of the year, the shark feeding frenzies take place in Trenton as usual. Or at the Bar Association HQ in New Brunswick.

Looks like a blue fish blitz on a balled up school of menhaden that a few sharks are taking advantage of for a easy meal.
