Negan on the Outer Banks

I'm a huge Walking Dead fan and I heard Jeffrey Dean Morgan aka Negan was at the Outer Banks and looks like he was according to his twitter post & video and Sam Walker Camera

RE: Negan on the Outer Banks

Just saw the fb post! It says Kinnakeeters love their new residents?! Maaaaan, if that’s right, way too cool!

RE: Negan on the Outer Banks

Thanks for posting OBX Nut! Big Walking Dead fan here too. I wonder if he brought Lucille with him.

RE: Negan on the Outer Banks

I wonder where they landed on runway 32? No 32 runway around here that I know of.

RE: Negan on the Outer Banks

That is awesome! I love TWD

RE: Negan on the Outer Banks

Yeah, he bought a house In Avon and has been seen shopping at food lion and other places around. He is supposed to be here through December, then living here off and on.

Looks like the crosswind runway at RDU, which is often used for GA.

RE: Negan on the Outer Banks

I guess then that would be him leaving the OBX.

Next summer is going to be a whole lot easier.

I'm a big Walking Dead fan, but this season has been horrible. They've stretch this Negan theme way too far. I like Jeffrey Dean Morgan as an actor, but I don't like the Negan character (don't care about the comic books). I'm pretty much just watching at this point because I've watched it for so long. I hope it can get interesting again.

Very cool that Jeffrey Dean Morgan is a local now though.

I am at the same point, though I thought the first 3-4 episodes were good, then the wheels fell off. I just hope it isn't like LOST where the ending made you wonder what it had to do with the years that you watched it. Same with Seinfeld!

RE: Negan on the Outer Banks

Dwindling fan of the Walking Dead. Only still interested cause I am sooooo invested at this point. They can make a whole episode out of any given character simply walking across a field. BUT, you all can swoon over Jeffrey Dean Morgan. I'd MUCH rather run into his awesome wife, Hilarie Burton.

It was the over the top graphic violence when they introduced Negan that ultimately made me lose interest in WD. After all the previous seasons I think they went too far with it and I can take just about anything special effects can throw at me but...

Or should the meme say, Who says I can't drive to the point??

We're big fans of the TWD here. While I like the character Negan, the show isn't holding my attention as before. I think I really had a problem with the tiger from the beginning, kind of like jumping the shark.

If I'm ever up that way I will definitely have to check it out. I have to say it surprises me that he owns a candy store.

John - intended as humor, hopefully received as such.

I own a cabin in the Poconos, get there from time to time, especially in hunting and skiing season, and once in awhile for the Raceway. I doubt the folks in Carbon and Wayne County would refer to me as a "local," but are kind and friendly as they joke me about my accent and tendency to wear shorts in the winter.

In a way, I guess we are all "local" every now and then, if we accept and adopt local values and appreciate them. Since I never heard of this dude who evidently bought into Avon, may he enjoy his times there.

Big grin

You make a good point and one I agree with. I could actually argue both sides on this one. Big grin I've lived up here in PA for 22 years and still don't consider myself a local. When I'm back in NC, that's when I feel like a local. I also don't mind if someone calls themselves a local if they live there, even if it hasn't been long. Yup, I can play both sides on this one. smiley
