Bean Dip

Ingredients List

1 - 16oz. can black beans(drained)
1- 16oz. can black -eyed peas (drained)
1- 16oz can corn (drained)
1- 4oz. can diced jalapenos (drained)
3or4 green onions chopped
1/4 cup plus 2TLB. oil
1/4 cup plus 2 TLB. red wine vinegar
1/4 cup plus 2TLB. sugar
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. crushed red peppers
1/4 tsp. salt


Preparation Instructions

Drain and rinse beans, peas and corn, add remaining ingredients and stir. Gets better the longer it sets.
Serve with Frito scoops or nacho chips.
