Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients List

2 pounds small fresh shrimp
1 and 1/3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 cup minced celery
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup minced green pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup minced onion
1/3 teaspoon dill weed
1 and 1/3 cups DUKE'S mayonnaise
2/3 teaspoon celery seed
3/4cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 box tri-colored rotini pasta, cooked al-dente
and drained

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


Preparation Instructions

Peel and de-vein shrimp, steam and set aside. Mince celery, green pepper and onion, squeezing excess liquid out. Combine in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fold in shrimp. Salt and pepper to taste. Fold in pasta. Refrigerate.
