Ingredients List

1 pound and a half of ground beef
2 cans of niblets corn
A good 10 or 12 servings of mashed potatoes (either real or instant)
1 bag of cheddar cheese
2 jars of beef gravy
Onion and Garlic (to cook with meat, use the dried stuff in the bottle or use real)
pepper

Preparation Instructions

Cook the meat in a frying pan with some pepper, onion and garlic to taste. Make the mashed potatoes , either use the instant or make your own. You will need a good 10 or 12 servings. Once the meat and the spices are fully cooked, put in a deep baking pan with the corn. Mix that up. Cover the meat mixture with the cheddar cheese. Once the mashed potatoes are done cover the meat and cheese with the potatoes. Pour the two jars of gravy on top of the potatoes and spread so all is covered.

Bake at 350 for about 60 mins or until the center is good and hot and the cheese is melted.

If you can get Irish Soda bread, get it and serve with this dish. Very awesome dish.
