2 blocks of cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla
pint of strawberries
Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners and drop one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup.
Soften the cream cheese to room temperature. Mix with mixer til softened add eggs, sugar and vanilla and mix for about 6 minutes till fluffy. Spoon mixture over the vanilla wafers about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or lightly browned on top and cracks across the middle Let cool and refridgerate slice strawberries and place on top of each cheesecake.
