1 (15 oz) can regular corn, undrained
1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy Corn muffin mix
2 Tbl sugar
2 beaten eggs
2-4 Tbl melted butter
1 C milk, light cream or half & half
Mix all together.
Put in a buttered 2 qt. casserole dish
Bake in a preheated 350* oven 1 hour or til golden brown on top.
This doesn't get any easier. Anyone can do it. One of my family's favorites for holidays. Great with turkey or ham dinners.
