Ingredients List

Rack of Ribs,(I prefer Danish Baby back Ribs)
Your favorite rub
BBQ sauce

Preparation Instructions

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Rub both sides with your favorite rub. I prefer Bone Suckin'Hot Seasoning & Rub. The more Rub the spicier they become. Refrigerate at least overnight. Remove from refrigerator and let them sit until at room temperature. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil for easier clean up. Place ribs on a raised rack inside of the cookie sheet. Cover with your favorite BBQ sauce. Pour about an 1/8" or so of water in the bottom of the pan and cover completely with more aluminum foil. Make sure foil is sealed around the cookie sheet. Place them in the oven @ 255 - 260 for 3 1/2 hours or so. Remove foil cover and apply more sauce if necessary and stick back in the oven, uncovered, for 15 minutes longer to heat up the additional sauce. You can also broil them at this point to brown the sauce. Remove from oven, eat your share quickly...before someone beats you to it.

Recipe Background

A friend of mine showed me this way of cooking ribs and it blew me away. They are some of the BEST RIBS I've ever had, better then most restaurants that I've tried!!
