1 Cup Mayo
1/2 cup Teriyaki
1 Tbs minced Garlic
1 Tbs grated and minced fresh Ginger root
Whisk all ingredients together and marinade overnight.
This is a mild marinade that brings out the flavor of the seafood instead of masking it like a lot of other marinades.
