1 quart berries (use frozen mixed berries in a bag)
1 cup water
3 Tbsp corn starch
1 cup sugar
1 pkg softened cream cheese
Defrost berries, use the juice later instead of water. Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add a cup of liquid (berry Juice). Heat slowly until boiling. Boil about 1 minute then cool.. When cool, fold in berries. Spread cream cheese over a cooled pie shell, then add berry mixture on top. Refrigerate to set.
