2 cans crescent rolls
2 8 oz. blocks cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter melted
1 can pie filling ( cherry, blueberry, or apple)
In the bottom of a 13"x9" baking pan unroll one can of crescent rolls press out in the bottom of the pan. Mix cheese, sugar, and vanilla togeather and spread over the rolls. Spread the pie filling over the cheese mixture. Unroll the 2nd can of rolls and gentle place on top of pie filling. Pour melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
One of the guys at work brought this in once without the pie filling and I thought it would be better with it and it was. This is a great for a office lunch easy to carry along anywhere.
