Ingredients List

1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 small can chopped green chiles
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation Instructions

Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces and mix with chiles in a bowl. Add mayo and cheese. Microwave for approximately 10 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread chunks. Very simple but I always get rave reviews. You may want to make a double batch. I've also played around with it--adding crab, spinach, etc. but I like the original the best. Enjoy!
