Ingredients List
1 pint oysters
tabasco sauce
worchestshire sauce
garlic powder
salt&pepper
shredded mexican blend cheese
1/2 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, in a muffin tin(12 count, use disposable pans for easier clean up). Place 2 or 3 oysters in each muffin hole. Put a drop or 2 tabasco and worchestshire sauce on each oyster. Put a sprinkle of garlic, salt and pepper to taste on each too. pop in the oven for 10 minutes, remove and add bacon and top with cheese. Pop under the broiler till bubbly. Enjoy, makes 12!
Recipe Background
I know this isn't a true oyster rockafeller but it my interpitation. The spices can be changed to your taste. I'll use other spice just to change it up. The best way to eat them is standing over the pan with a fork scooping them up so you don't miss any part of it. We love doing this at Christmas time or New Years party's they never last long!
