Unique Carolina Kids is a 4 bedroom (sleeps 8, oceanside home close to beach, PRIVATE SALT WATER POOL (pool heat is available), 6 person hot tub, lighted tiki bar next to pool and under house (hot/cold water, sink, bar refrigerator), dog friendly (dog fee included in stay for up to 2 dogs they need a vacation too! ) , short 1 minute walk to wide beach with no roads to cross or high dunes, ocean and sound views.
Why stay at CK: No additional pet fee (Savings of $400+), we were renters also and added the amenities we enjoyed in our rental homes. CK is our second home and love our time at the house. We use private vendors for: Cleaning, maintenance, HVAC, pool and spa, and landscaping/sprinkler system. All with great reputations for quality and service to our guests to ensure your stay is the best. New for 2024: Flooring in the Kitchen, Entrance way, and hallway Bathroom. New carpet on the steps and tower room. New quilts.
EQUAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS AVAILABLE with 10% down, for up to 12 months. Managed by locally owned and operated Midget Realty with office one block from house.
