I was gonna say maybe this would make you feel a little warmer, but I'm not sure it will make you feel better, since there was so much yet to clean up. I think I got the right area for you in this pic. This was taken Sept. 25th, 2003. When I took my bike tour on November 24 of this area, the roads were clear of sand, electricity was back on, and there was lots of chain saw noise!

Had to switch to the 4-wheel drive last night -- ice and snow and bad road conditions here today on the beautiful northcoast of Ohio. Today, sunny but cold.

One of the photogs I work with is going to show me how to scan pictures and post them. I have a lot of good OBX pics that my OBX buds would enjoy. Some good sunrises. No whales. Plus, you have to see the real Seadog -- and I don't mean me.
