Does anyone remember where Pebble Beach in Nags Head was located at? We know it was torn down and homes were built in its place. What landmarks are around now where it once was?

It's weird, but it doesn't take long to forget where those hotels were once they tear them down. We stayed there when our kids were small, maybe in 99 or 2000. There are many threads here that ask for pictures, but none about its location. I am thinking it was somewhere near Glidden St. Clues are no dune, new houses on both sides of 12 and there was an old school beach shop nearby. Check Google maps and see what you think.

It was located between 6501 to 6515 S. Virginia Dare Trail in Nags Head, MP 15.7 ....or by landmarks, between the current Ocean Side Court and Sandspur Motel & Cottage Court.

Stayed there in the west side of street in early 1990’s. Simple rooms, courtyard style grassy area in front where my son and I played catch when he was about 8. Gonna day that’s around 1993

It was one of the many motels that were a casualty of the real estate "boom" of the early 2000s. The address above is correct. There is nothing on either side of the street in that stretch that remains from the era when the Pebble Beach was there.
