Not as bad as other areas today, but 2 tornado warnings and a nasty squaw line. Secondary line trying to form, but the setting sun may not let that happen

I've lost track of the days, but I heard a tornado touched down in my county too, night before last. I was texting with a friend and she heard the sirens go off. My in-laws have one of our dogs and said she was terrified, pacing and whining.

I hope we don't come home to water in the basement. We normally don't have a problem with it, but we did the week before we left just from all the rain. Mom in law was going to check and turn on the dehumidifiers and fans if needed. I told her I didn't even want to know. Trying to have a stress free vacation, and the walls.and floor down there are concrete anyway.

Spotty in Gallia is what I heard; widespread down in Teays Valley and vicinity. Rain drained quickly here with things so dry. Just small branches down here and there, and beautiful weather the next 3 days.

Today's our last day :( It haa rained off and on yesterday and today, but 2 rainy days out of 11 isn't too bad! We were able to get out on the beach twice yesterday for an hour or so each time. Hoping for good driving weather tomorrow!
