Many great points were made on the other board about this topic. But in reading the article, are there other issues that might make this deal not so pretty? I personally just see it as opening up the entire northern beach for development, and it will make it easier for the Friedman's - and others - to open up businesses. It sounds to me like the horses will be penned up on the sound side.
