Here we go again. They keep upping the snow amounts as we get closer to the day. They did this last time as well and were wrong. Let's hope they are wrong again! This one looks like it has a little more staying power though.

We left the 'Philly Area about 8am,
now we comforably sitting indluging in beverage looking at the ocean in SNH.

12" - 20" forecast for here west of Boston according to TWC. Other forecasts are a little lower.

Doesn't even get my attention anymore after we had a cumulative 120" in 2015 over about a month starting the last weekend in January 2015. Our annual average is around 66".

Expecting 6-12 here in the greater Hartford area. We usually end up on the higher end/over achieving snowfall totals due to our elevation. I'm dreading having to clear snow or help clear snow from 3 properties but I'm sure my kids will love finally being able to sled again.

Hasn’t yet started but the predictions for the storm, today thru Tuesday keep going up for accumulation, possible total of ~2 feet. And high winds, which so very often makes for power outages. Blah, yuck. I’m too old for this. Everybody charge your devices while you can.
And, oh yeah, I’ve got a butter roast in the crockpot.

Edit: oops! And just like that, there are sprinkles on the skylights.

We started getting a light snow around 10am today which is earlier than they said. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. We're up just a bit on the forecast to 16".

Edit, now showing 18". Ugh.

Today is the first time I can honestly say I miss Pa just a little bit. Sinking Spring PA is getting over a foot. At the beach last night we got about 2 inches, then the rains came. Today, nothing left it is all gone. Expecting some coastal flooding today but no snow.

We've gotten around 6" so far. It changed over to sleet over night and now it's changing back to snow. Very light fluffy snow. They're still forecasting another 10", but I don't think we'll see that.

Ended up with a little over 10 inches of heavy wet snow and sleet. An hour north got 24-30 inches

Neighboring town reported 21" according to the morning news. Town next to that: 22". I don't thing we have that here just looking outside. I'll go outside later to work on it and will measure it on the driveway.

I'm not sure what we ended up with, but it looks to be 12"+. We had about 6 hours of straight sleet yesterday, so that kept our total down. It's still snowing, but should stop soon. A couple of neighbors has clear driveways yesterday, but they are covered again today.

Backyard:

There's a pool under there somewhere.

Front yard. They did plow last night, but we got more snow. Can't really see it, but there's a pile that's probably covering the sidewalk. It's a bear to clear.

We ended up with 18'' and as of this morning the remanence of the storm are still spinning above us and its snowing yet again, just enough to slick things up and be an annoyance.

We had 16 - 17" as measured on the driveway. Cleaned the driveway yesterday. Front walk today. Easy to do.
