I’m starting a 3 week cut from today til thanksgiving eating 1900 calories a day with a 2400 calorie TDEE from the nsuns sheet.
Here’s my question: when eating out and tracking do you add calories to your meal? For example, if I go to chipotle and get a bowl that should be 800 calories according to their nutrient facts, do you input more than that due to the fact that the employees almost certainly serve more than the recommendations? If so, do you have a rule of thumb for how many additional calories you add?
Any advice/help would be appreciated!
