I hope you all know that the Public Boat Launching Ramps under the Pirates Cove Bridge are closed. They are repaving the parking area and doing some kind of maintenance? Don't know for how long. This is a big, popular place not only to launch trailered boats, but also Kayaks and PWCs. In addition there are a lot of small outboard Charter Boats that use these ramps. Not to mention the fishing pier. That means Oregon Inlet Fishing Center Ramps or the small Wanchese Ramp (very limited parking). Good Luck.
