Has anyone ever used the obx pontoon man services? If so, what was your experience?

I've been around a long time and never heard of the referenced person. Hatteras? The only Pontoon Rental I know is Fishing Unlimited on the Manteo Causeway. I think there is a place in Duck also. What are you looking to do, Fish or Toodle around?

Well the Launching Ramp at the Washington Baum Bridge aka the Pirates Cove Bridge is closed for repairs through May. That might be a problem depending on when you are going. Nearest Launching Ramp is a small Ramp in Wanchese Harbor and a NC Wildlife Commission Ramp around the back of Roanoke Island on Bowerstown Road. Neither are popular because of Parking or Location. Sorry never heard of this business. Have to do some research on him.

The boat ramp is closed due to somebodies assfault.

Corolla Water Sports seems to do a booming pontoon rental business. I watch them go by all day long and the. hurry back to the dock as they watch the sunset.

We’ve rented a skiff a few times from Hatteras Parasail. Never rented a pontoon, but IIRC they also have a pontoon for rent. If it’s anything like the skiff rental you’re your own captain. They give you a tutorial (mandatory) prior to your launching for obvious reasons.
