Current condition request. Back in the day you turned right through the dunes to head south. At two weeks out before hitting the beaches again for the first time in 10+ years was just looking for some insight as to what that now looks like. Can you still make the right and hit the south side? How is that travel path as far as ground clearance? Any other ramps from Avon to Ocracoke that ground clearance is sketchy?

Will be stopping at Frank and Frans and getting the low down from them as well, but know a few on here are quite knowledgeable so would appreciate any input. Will post some pics soon of the Jeep Cherokee with the Hitch All and the new fancy roof racks for the rods. Went with the Ski / Snow Board Carriers on top. Would love to shake some hands if any of you will be there 05/22 - 29. We will be staying in Buxton. Getting right dang excited that life has allowed this trip to happen and hope to get back into the groove.

As of this year, I have stayed on the beaches north of Avon. My trips to HI have been limited. I'm sure someone will give you recent intel on the ramps further south.
