How about no turn signals?

There are several folks on Hatteras with NC plates that drive 10-15 mph below the speed limit no matter time of day or day of the year.

Same thing up North. Idiots driving 25 MPH in a 45 one lane rd for miles, gliding around without a care in the world for people that work and have a schedule to keep. It doesn't seem to be limited to a specific plate. Seems to me it's mostly blue haired retired folks who think everyone else is retired too. Don't get me wrong I got plenty of blue hairs and I'm not a big speeder but at least have some consideration for other people. Some of these people have a line of cars behind them a mile long and don't seem to give a ****.

I can confirm on HI that the drop to 35 has had no effect. You are now just speeding 20 mph or more over the limit.

All LEOs gotta do is park/shoot (until the jug opens) from Blue Sea Road - prob go though a ticket "pad" in an afternoon. That and KOA at the cross walk.

Haha. Another good spot is heading north coming up from the stretch into Salvo at South Beach. 55 to 35 never happens and you can write 'em up all day there.

Once the Jughandle opens (supposedly by the end of next week) I'm sure LEOs will be watching people coming off the bridge into Rodanthe. Supposedly the speed limit on the bridge will be 45 but slow to 35 from the south curve into the roundabout. (Like that's gonna happen...lol)
