I'm leaving early tomorrow morning (Friday) and will return to PA early Sunday morning. I have small window of opportunity to get a day's worth of projects completed on the house, so I'm jumping on it. I just returned from California last Sunday where we visited 3 different beach areas and I can honestly say that I much prefer Hatteras over Cali.

Headed down to Salvo this coming week!! . I've grown attached to the last development in Salvo. Some nice homes there. But I do like the vibe of the San Diego County beaches. Grandview, Beacon and the family friendly Moonlight. Water rarely gets above 73 but it is kinda neat to watch the surfers salute the sunset. Enjoy the funky community of Leucadia.
