I've only been there a few times and do not recall anything in particular. The walkway from the parking lot to the bridge is gently sloped and paved. There are 3 accessible parking spots adjacent to the walkway looking at Google maps. Using the "measure distance" tool you're looking at 650' of walking to get far enough down the bridge to start fishing. There's about 800' of bridge beyond that to fish. The bridge itself is just as you'd expect given that it's the old road surface... nice and wide, solid.
Despite its length the fishing accessible spots are small(ish) and spaced out because you have to work around all of the old footers. If it's a nice day and the fish are biting you may consider getting there early to secure a spot. My dad and I went once on a whim and we were forced to fish right up against the old footers. With the current ripping we got hung up quite a bit. We lasted 1 hour then went to Jennettes.
